I found these two songs printed in the back of a bible printed in 1785
Nothing on earth I call my own;
A stranger to the world, unknown.
I all their goods despise.
I trample on their whole delight
And seek a city, out of sight;
A home beyond the skies

And shall we then go on to sin
Because His grace abounds?
And crucify our Lord again
And open all His wounds.
Great God forbid the impious thought,
Nor let it e’er be said
That we whose sins are crucified
Have raised them from the dead.

Here is one from me
Now that I've seen Thee as Thou art,
(A vast eternity of Love),
Jesus, that we should never part
But I be swept to things above.
Now that I've gazed upon Thy face
Take me to where I can adore,
Take me up to Thy heavenly race
Where I can love Thee more and more.

This one we used to sing quite often, but I have never seen it print.(If we could find the copywrite holder we could get it printed commercially and encourage many.) It remembers the time when there must have been over 2 million Isrelites to feed in a wilderness, and God sent the miraculous food called 'MANNA' The poem is full of emotion and need, and those of us who have gone through a similar heartache realise such prayers are the key that burst the windows and doors of heaven for God to pour out all his glory and love - - to save.
I hunger and I thirst...
Jesus my manna be.
Thou living waters burst
Out of the rock for me.
Thou brused and broken bread.
My every want supply.
As living souls are fed,
So feed me or I die.
Rough paths my feet have trod.
Since first my life began.
Feed me Thou Lamb of God.
Feed me Thou Son of Man.
Thou true life-giving vine.
Let me Thy witness prove.
Reveal Thy life in mine.
Refresh my soul with love.
For still the desert lies
My thirsting soul before.
Thou living water rise
Within me evermore.
